Xerox Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) contain information relating to the safe use, storage and disposal of consumables and supplies. Product Safety Data Sheets (PSDSs) list mechanical, electrical and environmental factors of our machines. Conformity/Certification documents show our compliance with regulatory and voluntary standards, including the European CE Marking Directive.

The UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) regulation sets mandatory cybersecurity requirements for certain connectable products. A security bulletin has been published that includes applicable products and Xerox's declaration of compliance. UK PSTI Act Compliance

Xerox offers our customers the choice of using Return Program cartridges for many printer families. Return Program cartridges are sold at a special price in exchange for the customer’s agreement to use the cartridge only once and return it only to Xerox for manufacturing or recycling. Regular cartridges without these items are sold at regular prices and may be refilled and/or remanufactured provided the original chip is kept.

• AIS (Article Information Sheets) are available on request. Articles do not require an SDS. Articles include photoreceptors, binder tape, paper products, waste toner cartridges, transfer rolls and drum cartridges.
